Subbaiah Institute of Medical Sciences is a unit of Tadikela Subbaiah Trust (R), Shimoga, Karnataka, India. The Trust was formed in the year 2003 by Sri. T. Subbaramaiah, an agriculturist by calling and a visionary with a strong commitment towards education and research.
Under his vision, the Trust was established as a public educational trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882. Sri. T. Subbaramaiah served as the Author, Founder-Trustee and Chairman of the Board.
The Trust continues to bring together experience, professional knowledge and a commitment to strengthening education and healthcare while humanising medical services for society.
